In looking for the best quality way to shoot video for the Internet (as opposed to broadcast television as I usually create) I set one of our HD cameras (a Sony V1U) on 30 frames per second progressive -- 30p -- as opposed to the standard 60i we normally shoot in. The results were quite pleasing (click on READ MORE to see them, you will need to make sure your Adobe Flash is up to date).
