   Should the video award entry be submitted as a DVD on mini-DV tape? Should there be 2 submissions per
entry or one? Two submissions per entry means your 5 min. submission on a tape and the show on DVD or
two DVDs?
Or perhaps just one tape cued to begin at the proper point that contains the whole show?
Please let me know what to do.

The format is simple:


Submit, on DVD,  a copy of the entire episode as it aired originally.

Mark on the form when you want the judges to begin watching.  (They will only watch five minutes maximum)
